For twenty years KÖCO and Cutmaster Machines UK Ltd have been producing threaded studs, shear connectors, unthreaded studs, studs with internal thread, boiler tube studs and heat- and scale-resistant welding studs, with a diameter from 3-25mm, and made from many different materials.

KÖCO in partnership with Cutmaster Machines UK Ltd is the only manufacturer worldwide of the K800 Threaded Stud, which offers an impressive minimum yield strength of 640 N/mm².

KÖCO specificities

These are pure, cold-formed parts. K800 is the newly-developed material which makes this impressive yield possible. This is just one instance of KÖCO’s commitment to innovation, with long-term competence in development and production of Welding Studs.

All KÖCO Welding Studs are manufactured from the appropriate materials to suit the stud welding process. The dimensions and design of our standard products conform to DIN EN ISO 13918 standards, and any non-standard products KÖCO supply will also be produced to correspond with this normal level.

Upon a customer’s request, the properties of each can be documented by a test report 2.2, or inspection certificate 3.1 or 3.2 (EN 10204). On demand, further properties of the product such as impact value can also be certified.
